The I'tikaf in the last ten days of Ramadan.
And I'tikaf may be practiced in any mosque.

Narrated Aisha (RAa), the wife of the Prophet (SAW): The Prophet (SAW) used to practice I'tikaf in the last ten days of Ramadan till he died and then his wives used to practice I'tikaf after him.
