INGREDIENTS: 16 oz cooked Spaghetti (see below) 3 tbl margarine 1 lb ground beef 2 clove of minced garlic 1 small chopped onion 1 tsp salt 1/2 cube chicken flavor with 1 cup hot water 1 tsp thyme or oregano 1/4 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, black & white pepper 1 can 12 oz tomato sauce 1/2 cup grated cheddar 2 tbl parmesan cheese 2 tbl roasted pine nuts Preparation SPAGHETTI: 6 cups of water 16 oz pkg Spaghetti 1/2 tbl salt 1 tbl corn oil 1 tbl margarine 1/4 tsp cinnamon Put the water, salt, and oil in a medium saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti after you break it in half and cook it, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and drain quickly, rinse it with water. After draining, add 1 tbl of margarine and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and toss it. METHOD: Place cooked spaghetti in a medium Pyrex In a saucepan, heat the margarine, then add the onion and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and the ground beef and follow that with all spices. Keep stirring until the meat is roasted and add the water with the chicken flavor, tomato sauce, and salt. Lower the heat to medium and let it simmer for 8 minutes. Pour it on the spaghetti tray and sprinkle it with the cheese. Bake it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees on the first rack from the bottom for 10-15 minutes, then broil it for 5 minutes or until golden color and sprinkle roasted pinenuts on top.
