"Fish with Tomato & Garlic"

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 lbs Cod or Red Snapper, bonless fillets
7 cloves of garlic, cut into small pieces
1/4 tsp cinnamon, allspice, black & white pepper
1/2 tsp hot red pepper
2 tbl green chopped pepper
3 cups chopped red tomatoes
1 cup of water
1 tsp salt
1 tbl lemon juice

METHOD:
Add salt to the fish and let it stand for 1 hour, then fry it in oil until golden. Set it in a baking dish. Place 5 tbl of fish oil and garlic in a pan on high heat and stir for a few seconds, then add green pepper and stir for 10 seconds, then add tomatoes and all the seasoning. Add the water and keep it simmering on low heat for 3 minutes, then pour tomato sauce on the fish and bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or on low heat on the stove for about 5 minutes.
