"Shish Kabab"

INGREDIENTS:
fresh mint for garnish
2 lb. lean lamb or beef cut into 2" cubes
1 large onion cut into 2" chunks
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice, black & white pepper
1 sweet green pepper, cut into 2" chunks
1 tomato, cut into 2" chunks

METHOD:
Sprinkle the above seasonings over the meat, onions, green pepper, and tomatoes. Skewer, alternating (3 to 1, or as desired) meat with onion, tomato, and green pepper. Grill over charcoal until desired tenderness. When serving, garnish with fresh mint and with fluffy rice. Serves 4.
