"Ajet Arnabeet - Cauliflower Omlette"

INGREDIENTS:
1 small head of cauliflower, cut into medium-sized florets
5 eggs
1 tbl flour
1 tbl milk
1 tbl chopped parsley
1 tbl chopped onions
1/4 tsp cinnamon, allspice, black & white pepper
1 tbl cumin
2 tsp salt

METHOD:
In a saucepan, heat some water with 1 tsp salt to blanch the cauliflower. Boil for 2 minutes then remove with a slotted spoon. Beat eggs with the remaining teaspoon of salt and the rest of the ingredients. Heat oil in frying pan, dip each piece of cauliflower into the egg mixture and deep fry until golden color, then place the cauliflower on paper towels to drain from oil. The dish can be served hot or cold. Serves 4.
