INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 amount of Kaftah (see below) 2 tbl of margarine 2 tbl pine nuts TAHINI SAUCE 5 tbl tahini 4 tbl lemon juice 5 cups water 1 tbl salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon & black pepper KAFTAH METHOD: Prepare the sauce by mixing the tahini, salt and 1/2 cup water in a big bowl and stir it well. Then little by little, add lemon juice and water until they finish, add the spices and pour the sauce on the meat and bake it for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn the oven off and keep the tray for 10-15 minutes longer, the sauce should thicken. Serve it hot or cold with pitta bread for dipping into the sauce with the meat.
