"Chicken Kabab - Sheesh Tawook"

INGREDIENTS:
2 lb boneless chicken
4 minced cloves of garlic
1 tbl salt or to taste
5 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl olive oil
1/4 tsp allspice, black and white pepper

METHOD:
Put in a bowl all the seasoning, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Mix it well and add the chicken, then combine very well and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight. Then, skewer the chicken and grill over charcoal until desired tenderness. Serve with Garlic Dip as follows:

Garlic Dip (Sauce)
INGREDIENTS:
3 minced cloves of garlic
2 tbl mashed potato
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl olive oil
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp mayonnaise
3 tbl hot water
1/2 tsp salt

METHOD:
In a small bowl, put the mashed potato with hot water and mix well, then add garlic, lemon juice, oil and salt. Continue to mix, then add the mayonnaise and stir until it's well combined together. Refrigerate for at least one hour before you serve it with the Sheesh Tawook.
