INGREDIENTS: 2 lb boneless chicken 4 minced cloves of garlic 1 tbl salt or to taste 5 tbl lemon juice 2 tbl olive oil 1/4 tsp allspice, black and white pepper METHOD: Put in a bowl all the seasoning, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Mix it well and add the chicken, then combine very well and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight. Then, skewer the chicken and grill over charcoal until desired tenderness.
